Alicia is a graduate of Cleveland State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Promotional Communications with minors in Marketing and Graphic Design. While attending CSU, she held an internship with the university’s marketing outreach department as well as an internship in the B2B field. At North Coast Media, Alicia works with all brands as the Email Production and Digital Media Specialist.
